Delivery Timeframes

At Raglan Roast, one of our greatest missions is getting fresh coffee from our roastery to your doorstep—fast. We roast with care and ship daily to keep you fuelled without delay. We use NZ Post’s overnight service, aiming for next working day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched the same day from our Hamilton based roastery.

Please note: We don’t currently offer Saturday delivery.

Rural Deliveries

If you're living that sweet rural life, delivery may take an extra working day, depending on your local courier schedule. Rural areas aren't serviced every day, but we’ll still get it to you as fast as possible.

Because rural shipping costs significantly more, we ask that you please tick the ‘Rural Delivery’ box at checkout. A small $3 fee will be added to help cover the difference—we subsidise the rest to keep shipping free for everyone else.

Delivery Targets

Delivery timeframes are targets, not guarantees. While NZ Post usually gets it right, occasional delays can happen—especially around public holidays, weather disruptions, or peak times.
