ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS
HOW IT WORKS
By purchasing a Raglan Roast subscription we will send you an initial bag of your chosen blend at the point of your initial order confirmation to get you started.
You’ll then receive repeat deliveries of your choice of coffee at the frequency you selected.
Your supplied payment details will be securely stored and you will be charged for each of the deliveries upon shipment.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do this at any time.
You can manage your subscriptions from your account page. Please note that if a subscription delivery is due to be sent in the next 24hrs it may still be processed, it's best to call us to ensure we get the change in time.
